Mitchell. What a great break that was. Diane and Shannon both really paid
attention to what we were interested in looking at.

We looked at many different properties, all of which fit our
criteria. Diane even put us in contact with service people (vetinary,
farrier, feed companies) that we would need when we moved up to Idaho. All
this before we had even signed any paperwork.

We also just enjoyed the time we spent looking. It was relaxing and
fun. We spent several days looking and they just flew by, great
conversation and great people.

We would recommend Diane Walker to anyone looking in northern Idaho
for any kind of real estate.

I want to take a moment to thank you formally for the superior level of quality service that you provided to Bill and me this year.

This past summer, when Bill and I made our decision to start looking for property in the northern Idaho, we truly didn’t expect the type of response that we received from you considering we live 1,000 miles away. You continued to work with me sight unseen for several months…always making sure that my needs/desires were met expeditiously. This impressed both of us, so much so that we were willing to commit to visiting with you while on vacation this fall. Your website, brochures, and information packet are all extremely professional and helpful to out-of-area customers.

The preparation that you and your team (specifically Shannon Whitman) did ahead of our arrival was impressive. More impressive, however, was the last minute, “stop the presses, we need to switch gears” response you made, when we notified you that we decided we just couldn’t live “that far out.” Your immediate reaction to our needs and identification of properties were right on the mark, resulting in our purchase of our dream property on that trip. Now that’s what I call knowing your customer! Your professionalism and honesty came across so well, that Bill’s “were not buying, only shopping” attitude quickly resulted in a sale.

We were referred to Diane Walker at Lake Country Real Estate by a friend.

On a whim in late July, 2005, we decided to take a trip to Sandpoint to look for a nice piece of property to build our retirement home on. Because we were about a week away from actually going to Sandpoint, Diane and her assistant, Shannon sent us listings of property in our price range all week. As we went through the listings, we picked out the ones we were interested in looking at and let them know.

When we got to Sandpoint we met with Diane Because they knew we were limited to just a few days there, they immediately took us out to look at the listings. It took about a day, but we found a beautiful 2 acre lot that we fell in love with.

Diane then got the offer completed and submitted it to the listing agent.&nbs! p;She then assisted us in getting a permit for a perc test. Once we had the permit taken care of, it was time to go back home to Southern California. Diane continued her service by being the contact person in making the perc test happen as well as keeping us up to date through the closing of escrow. Diane still keeps in touch with us to see how we are doing.
